HeadPeace Primary

HeadPeace Primary is a mindfulness program designed especially for children aged 12 and under. Grounded in solid research, it supports emotional well-being, enhances focus, and improves behaviour in the classroom.

Your Mind Matters

This program is for young people aged 12 to 16. This program addresses both immediate risks and long-term wellbeing. Research confirms that early intervention reduces the persistence of mental health issues into adulthood. By fostering a supportive environment, teaching practical coping strategies, and encouraging open dialogue, the Youth Mind Matters Program not only saves lives but helps young people build a foundation for healthier futures.

  • Suicide Prevention: We give teens the tools they need to recognise when a peer may be struggling and provide the support they need to seek help. This in turn allows them to recognise when they themselves may need to seek support.
